Procrastination usually comes from anxiety over a task, or feeling overwhelmed and not being able to take the 1st step due to it. See a counselor, and take smaller pieces of tasks. Each time you complete one you will feel better about getting things done. Procrastination can be removed this way, but it would be good to have someone to help you like the counselors on the campus.

it's human nature to procrastinate . everyone has the urge to do it sometimes. the ones you see that seem to always be on task are thoughts you have set a goal in the mind or literally wrote it down and remind themselves constantly why they are working so hard. you should try this and get your self organized this way when you do lag behind you'll have motivation to get right back in there and finish what you started

If you're in the dorms there's usually some room around that no one but the super nerds know where it's at (great place to pick up science or math tutors....). It hides in the basement or tunnels.
