Funny I think I'm supposed to see a question up there but all I see is "blah, blah, blah," and whining. ;)

Amazing how that story broke and broke the Indians' "out of focused" on the day of Game 7. Oh wait, the Red Sox's comeback started a few days before that story. Hmm.

No, they didn't "cheat." When the ALCS came back to Boston, it was all over. I'd be surprised if the Sox had any pull with the media in San Francisco.

Speaking as a fan who is impartial as neither is my favorite team, I don't think Boston had anything to do with it. I'm a San Francisco native. And seeing as I come from the area where the source is from, I know that major scandals like this, sell papers. And what better time to bring this up, and sell papers, when the subject in queston just happens to be playing for a team who is currently in game 7 of the ALCS. Papers here made major money during the BALCO scandal and I think this situation is in the same vein. So to answer your question, no I don't think Boston had anything to do with it. It's just really bad timing.

I'm starting to think Cleveland cheated to win. Byrd and their team was doing great, until mention of the scandal...HMMMMMMmmmmmm..maybe Bonds will be with the Indians next season. The Cleveland Injectees.

(this is tongue in cheek of course. Neither team cheated, I believe)

Gee you think that the Indians had Becketts exgirlfriend sing the other nite to rattle him? Maybe if Byrd was going to pitch last nite then thats a possiblity but he wasn't . The Red Sox don't need to cheat! They are the better team. Last nites score 11-2!

I think it was revenge for having Beckett's ex wife singing the National Anthem, on his Starting day.

Just my opinion.

Let the War Begin!!!
