Do you like breast implants or not?

Natural over Implants, Natural is always better, I don't like superficial girls that are full of plastic and botox!!

breast are the last thing I notice about a woman. So to me I think implants are needed only when breast are unusualy small, and the womasn is self conscious.

No, we like a real woman no matter how large or small she may be. We actually like anywhere between a B and a C cup. A man should love you for who you are, not how big your tah tahs are.
Also, breast implants are dangerous and can burst or cause breast cancer.

but i do prefer real breasts over implants

Just be yourself. Small breasts are better. Natural is the way to go.
If you want to get breast implants you should also have your feet bound in the old Chinese way so that you're even more disfigured.

no not really i like au natural. I'm not picky, i like breasts, my favorite is a full b. If they are too big then they don't look as good. If the girl is overly small, and if she wants them i think she should.

Normally, no. But I do have one exception. When small breasts have that pancake look that's when it's time to shop for a surgeon.

I like a girl more for her attitude, personality and opinions more than her breasts. beauty fades with age but love withstands the storm.

Breast size is entirely unimportant to me, but having something there that doesn't feel real or that is stiff isn't appealing. Scars underneath aren't appealing either.

No, unless they were gotten for less vague reason (like UN-naturally sagging) then it might be OK
