During November, I will be landing at Mumbai Intl Airport at 12:10am (Air Mauritius) and need to take a domestic flight from the Mumbai domestic Airport at 5:30am (Indigo). Is there any Airport shuttle (free/paid) available between the two terminals?
If yes, what are the timings, frequency etc.?
If no, what are the safest/cheapest options (taxis, buses)?

The Airport Authority Of India provides free transportation to all passengers who are travelling by International flights, alighting from Domestic flights at Mumbai Chatrapathi Shivaji terminal. The same facility is extended for the domestic flight passengers arriving from International Flights. You can take the assistance of airport manager or your flight attendant for this help.. There is no need for u to take a private transportation. But take the assistance of the airport staff without fail.

The distance between International and domestic airtport is only 4 kilometres. Free shuttle service is provided by Airport Authority of India. Domestic carriers are also providing shuttle service from international Airport to domestic airport.

It will be better if you take a pre-paid taxi from International Airport, so that you can travel at your own convenience as it will not cost you much.
