Who on the Yahoo Staff gives the most violations and for what reason, how many of these violations are appealed and won and how many are denied and why!
That way Yahoo could review each employees record of issued violations over a period of one year to determine if that employee was being fair in their decisions or being mean and spiteful towards the Yahoo Community and this record would determine whether that Yahoo employee got a raise or a promotion within the Yahoo organization or demoted to a lesser position and pay cut.
