I don't think it matters if you add a middle name to it because when her name is called or written down the middle name is usually never said. It does sound too repetitive to me. Kind of like "Isle of Locke", like its a place or something.

When you choose a name, the middle name should suit but its far more important that the first and last name sound good together as that is what is used the most. Also with a 1 syllable surname I think you need a 3-4 syllable first name to balance it out.

You are right, too much L - it doesn't quite flow well. M sound might go alright like Isla Marie or Isla Mae. Or it could start with L and soundgood like Larissa Locke or Loretta Locke.

I think there are to many L's...can you add a middle name? Or another family name....like Isla Smith Locke? Or Isla Rose Locke?

To find out I just shouted it in my apartment. All of the L's sorta of make it sound like gibberish. Go to the playground and yell it. See if you get stared at.
