Oh heck yea! I'll argue about the color of the dang sky, just to argue... but my reasons are not so I can see how well the other person can explain it... usually I'm just trying to drive someone insane with my uncanny ability to have the last word at any cost.

I don't recall ever doing that but my memory is not as good as it used to be. I do argue a good point when I know I am right, though. I have a hard head sometimes in this opposite situation to what you asked.

Haha yeah I've done that before. That's how my husband is too though, so we have trouble with that sometimes!! Cuz we're both arguing wrong points, but neither will quit. It's pretty great!

No, I am open to correction.
Its a way of learning and improves communication
skills- the last thing i want to be is a hard headed person
that has no and is not interested in any understandment.

of course, because it open an alternate view which has two benefits. Firstly it confirms your view and secondly it is an opportunity to convert the other person. It doesnt always work :)

No. I prefer not to waste my time,showing that I am wiser. It is of no use .If I am wrong, I concede gracefully without delay.That ends the arguments and relationship is not strained.

not really. what is the point really,, i mean if your wrong then your wrong. if you just keep arguing your wrong point then you just look like a jacka s s.

sometimes, because if indeed i am wrong i still want them to know my point of view and maybe it would give them a better understanding of where im coming from.
