I assume you are talking about doing those activities in free-fall.
When you jump in micro-g, you are pushing of the inside of your vehicle. Because your legs are pretty strong and you are not fighting gravity, you'll end up going really fast... until you hit the other wall. Astronauts have to be careful to move slowly otherwise they will hurt them selves.
Walking is impossible. When you walk you are relying on friction to push yourself forward. In micro-g you don't build up friction because there is gravity-like force that makes your shoe contact the surface. If you try to take a "step" you'll just float away.
Obviously, liquid would not stay in an open container without gravity. Astronauts drinks are in bags - sort of like juice bags - with seal-able straws. This allows them to drink without water going everywhere.

Jumping is inadvisable because you never come down. Indeed, in a spaceship there is no down because you and everything inside are in freefall. Walking is impossible because there is nothing to keep your feet on the floor to provide traction, unless you have velcro pads on the floor and your shoes. And drinking has to be through a straw because the liquid would simply float around the cabin otherwise.

Walking would require putting pressure on you feet with the use of a hand hold,drinking would would be OK if had the liquid contained in a collapsible container.
Jumping could have very undesirable consequences,like bumps on your head.
