One specifically related in a Google search was abilityfriends which is supposed to be for disabled pen pals.
There is a website I found on Google called Youreable.com that seems to deal with this . Also I saw two sponsored links for dating sites for the disabled.

Yes,Go to www.ascotworld.com look in matchmakers area then place a add if you are disabled its free or if you are able bodied there is a small fee.There are many types of disabled persons listed.We are all looking.

Why do you need disabled penpals? Why not look for really cool penpals with another type of interests.
