Female worker bees. The drones are the only male bees in the hive. Their purpose is to fertilize the queen. Drones don't collect pollen. In fact, the drone bees (all male) do no work and in the early autumn/winter they are evicted by the workers and die. Then the queen and her workers (all female) eat the honey!

Bees won't be able to assemble pollen yet its wings and furry legs are dusted with pollen coz of the sticky nature of the grains, by making use of going to each flower, interior the approach of amassing the nectar, the pollen sticks to different flora thereby bringing approximately pollination. Bees do no longer assemble pollen grains.
