What is the United Nations Trusteeship Council doing, in response to global warming?

Although the Council has been suspended since November 1994, they do still meet on occasion, whenever Michael Duclos (the President of the council) calls for it. But what exactly is their part in the war against global warming?

Holding meaningless meetings, since that is all anyone can do in response to global warming. When the warming cycle ends and the cooling cycle starts again, they will then change to having meaningless meetings no global cooling, as they did 30 years ago.
