Have had it for years, along with my older sister and mom. Me and my sister have 2 kids, my mom had 3. If your doc told you that you would have trouble getting or staying pregnant don't listen. We all got pregnant on bc also. I have heard many women crying because they thought they might not be able to have babies, they all have children now.It doesn't really affect you but docs tell you this because there hasn't really been any exclusive studies on POS. If you have been trying for longer than a year I suggest getting other things checked out. Other than that, look for a book called Take control of your cycle. It is in the self-help section and has flowers on the cover. It tells you everything you need to know about getting pregnant and it really works. Good Luck and God Bless :)

I to have pcos, and I have been trying for 4 years now, next month would be 5 years, yes it is hard to conceive with pcos, I have done 4 cycles of clomid and now I am on metformin 2x a day, most ladies are lucky with pcos who conceive natural, or on their first 3 cycles of clomid, I myself is 19 years of age and yes I am young, but i am trying to take charge of my fertility, I read a book called living with pcos its a really good book, it tells you alot about the symptoms and what to expect and how to treat it. Me myself have cycts on both of my ovaries thats one of the reasons why I was diagnois with pcos. Not all ladies are the same, so you might have a better chance of conceiving way quicker then me
