that's pretty cool. it does feel good to write down your feelings. i get depressed pretty often right now because I'm going through a hard relationship thing. i had a good friend of mine listen to my woes, but most importantly i have God. he defiantly helps me to get through everything!

i think that we have all felt that way. In the space of ONE year, I lost my beloved mother, got divorced and left the Police Dept. That was THREE LOSSES in one year. I was not a happy camper. :(..............I made some bad decisions following that, and my life was not very fulfilling for a period of time.
However, TODAY, I just "roll" with life. I became "spiritual".(it works FOR ME). I believe that I am not in charge of this journey, GOD is. All I have to do is to do my best and leave the rest to God.
Also, on 12/26/06, my daughters (9 & 10) were in a house fire at their paternal grandparents house. The 9 yrs old jumped out of a window into FIRE, and has 3rd degree burns on both her arms. The 10 yrs was RESCUED by the Fire Dept at the scene; and the grandfather passed away from his injures one month later.
Who supported me as I traveled from two hospitals for a WHOLE MONTH in January 2007??? God, my family, my bosses, my co-workers, my Yahoo friends......I could not have possibly have gotten through that ORDEAL and TRAGEDY on my own!! Sometimes we cannot carry ourselves; and we need the love and support from others.

I feel like that a lot because I suffer from depression. But the most recent time was earlier today. I was alone so no one could even try to help me out of it. I really hate feeling that way. You feel so helpless and just want to end it all.

Its been happening a lot lately. Luckily I have a great friend. Her name is Irene and I get to pour my heart out to her all the time and then she makes me laugh and everything seems much better. Or if Irene is busy, I go tell my sister my problems. Yeah, I got 2 great ladies in my life! =)

Last week, one of my very close friends noticed and she gave me a hug and talked about it.
Sometimes people think you need your space, so that's probably why they ignore you. You can just go up and ask someone for a hug, and then they'd usually notice somthing it wrong.

Dumb. I don't burden others with my problems most of the time. I am the guy who lends people my ear.
