Something like::
1. You are responsible for your own taxation. The company would not have deducted tax from any payments made to you, unless they were legally obligated to do so.
2. We are not currently engaged with that company, but we are still in contact with them and I will notify them of your contact details.
3. What date did you start work at the company?

1.I would phrase it this way--"Personal tax is what you are charged, and the bill would be passed directly unless they are permitted certain concessions."
2."There is no company under contract with us particularly at this time, and since we are still in negotiations with the ABC Company, I will notify them of your address."
3. "When is your entry date with the company?"

Sorry, Shawn, very little and next to none of any of the three statements make sense to me, but there is probably some wordplay I'm missing...

Your question makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Actually it really isn't even a question. I understand why you can't get any answers. There's nothing to answer.
