Following r some of my reasons
1- Donnot know the answer
2- Someone has already given a good answer
3- the question is not complete or confusing
4- Busy in my work, buried under workload
5- no internet connection
6- i am a human being, with needs, eating sleeping, have a nice family (my nephew is much important then sitting and answering questions) he very quite and playful, like to spend more time with him.
