can u guys help me find the best antivirus and antispyware? i tried avg and avast. im looking for free antivirus which offers realtime scanning. an antispyware is also an option. thanks

AVG and Avast both have real-time protection. I'm not sure what you mean by real-time *scanning*. I personally use Avast.

I believe MalwareByte runs well for me as it uses less computer resources and have great ratio to capture spyware. It able to clean know spyware like deltaforce.

I use Avast anitvirus...I've had absolutely no trouble with it or my computer...and it updates about every 6 hours...
I use Spybot Seach and Destroy for spyware...

avast home edition is by far the best free antivirus.
Avg also is pretty handy
and spybot search & destroy is also good

try kaspersky from kaspersky.com trial version but it will run for one month. it offers all types of protection.
sperantispyware is gud for spyware protection ...
