Mine is the 10th Amendment. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Unfortunately, this Amendment is almost universally ignored by Congress and the Courts. Because I defy anyone to tell me where the US gov't is authorized under the Constitution to set up massive pension and insurance programs like Social Security and Medicare. For that matter, where is the Dept. of Education authorized?
