yes! a man who has had vasectomy can still release semen but that would be without sperm. vasectomy is the process of tying and cutting the vas deferens which is a tube coming from the testicles so that sperm may not anymore be ejaculated. though hard, in principle, it can still be repaired and reversed with the help of a good surgeon

Yes, the man still "comes" the same as before. There is no change in his sex life. If there was any change, then no man would get a vasectomy. Think about it; We get vasectomies because we want to have a great sex life.
Reversal is major surgery, but is only successful about 25% of the time. For all practical purposes it is NOT reversable, no matter what anyone says.
Some men will go though a "crisis" at some point after getting a vasectomy. They say it happens in about 30% of men that get a vasectomy under the age of 30. After they are 40, or so they feel a burning need to knock up a woman that is under 30. Many businesses are willing to exploit that “crisis” and offer hope. But that is about all they sell. About 70%, or so of the so called “reversal clinics” are just scam operations. They operate just the same way as the clinics that offer hair restoration, or the spammers that offer Viagra.

There may be a short period where a vasectomy is reversible. What usually happens is, the sperm builds up in the body, so the body builds up antibodies that attack the sperm as invaders and destroy it. Once that happens, a vasectomy is now irreversible.
Having a vasectomy basically cuts the supply tube between the testicles supplying the sperm, and the penis. It does not affect the ability of a man to either orgasm or ejaculate.

Yes, a vasectomy only influences the micro content of the ejaculation. (no baby makers - OJ without the pulp???)
It can be reversed, but is not always successful the first time. The likelihood of a successful vasectomy decreases over time, according to the source I used, you can click the link and see the chart that basically outlines results from a reversal study.

I actually watched a reversal on the learning channel and it is a major surgery compared to having a vasectomy.
And yes, my boyfriend has had a vasectomy and he still pumps out plenty!! Most people don't realize sperm only accounts for 5% of the fluid ejaculated.

yes, advances have been made in recent times that enable a vasectomy to be reversed. It doesn't hold a 100% sucess rate, but it is a practical reality today.
Good luck

yes it is and sometimes it makes it harder for them to make healthy sperm but yes it is reversible and a lot more easier than a tubule that is done on a woman for she has the tubes burn then it takes putting sewing them back and scaring then and most likely they will not work again. They can but not as much of a chance as the vasectomy.

Yes he can come, he just can't make babies. Sometimes an operation will reverse a vasectomy but not always.

A vas is not usually reversable which is why the wife has to give her consent for the doctor to do the procedure.
A man can still come unless some damage was done during the procedure.
