if the crime occurred interior the united statesthen the two would be charged by way of fact the different guy or woman would be seen an acessory in spite of the fact that if he didnt do the crime he will do the time merely via being with the different guy or woman while it occurred

I would think so, since they are connected to each other... the only way out, would be if they successfully seperated, but thats a risky operation...
