The Giants have a better overall team and defense. Dallas is overrated and are not through being exposed.

The Cowboys already beat the Giants at home,but the Giants have improved all lot since then, the Cowboys are still better than the Giants and will have the opportunity to prove it when they meet again in New York

I'd say it's a freakin tie...
Eli Manning = Tony Romo
Plaxico Burress = T O ( TD wise but TO is a better player)
J Shockey = J Witten
Toomer = Crayton
Offensively you might go with the Cowboys
Defensively the Giants...
But since the Cowboys won this year, I'll lean with them.

Cowboys.
Giants are pretty good but Cowboys is better but a hair.
Cowboys are good but sometime they can be kinda.... weak.
Giants was weak. but now they got into shape.
