Yes they should. Everyone should make their own decisions in everything. Don't just follow what you might perceive to be the crowd and question everything.

At least some research. Bill Clinton has been doing some remarkable things for one (even though he's not in politics at this time he's always getting slammed.) WHO IS THE THUMB DOWN PERSON LATELY!!!!

OH, definitely .. the Media is SO SLANTED ... it is best to LEARN what you want to know on your own and form your own opinion INSTEAD of being one of the 'sheep' that believe what they see in the Media!
