I'm writing my answer to a court summons and I notice that in the original summons they ask for a judgement against me in the amoun theyre asking for.

My question is, can I at the end of my answer ask for a dismissal of the case for the reasons given?

A defendant can always include a motion to dismiss as part of his answer. You should probably, however, contact an attorney to see what the legal grounds for a dismissal are in your jurisdiction. An allegation that some of the plaintiff's facts are wrong is not a valid grounds for a motion to dismiss in most cases. A motion to dismiss essentially alleges that, even if all of the facts pleaded are true, there is something missing that prevents those facts from being a legitimate claim.
