They are still showing dubbed episodes of Bleach during the week. However, they have shown all the episodes that they have dubbed in English thus far. You just need to wait until the voice acting gets done for more episodes before they can air more. Until then you are stuck with reruns, subs, or the awesomness which is Death Note.

Adult Swim rotates out most of their non-William Street produced series with regularity, usually after they have shown the episodes they have twice. While there are certainly more episodes in a series than are usually shown, unless Adult Swim has those episodes, it's due more to three reasons than anything else:
1. Ratings over-all
2. Number of episodes/How many times each episode has shown. Dubbed episode access is a big issue at times.
3. Cost for each series.
It's usually related to #2 more than anything.

Well Death Note is as good as Bleach in my opinion. It's just not a fighting anime. It definitely makes you think. Once it gets about 5 episodes in you'll be hooked.

Death Note shouldn't interfere with Bleach at all, they should have just rescheduled Bleach to a later time slot, instead of rerunning those horrible shows like "perfect hair forever", this really pisses me off.

yeah seriously i don't think death note comes anywhere near close to as good an anime as bleach i really can't understand why they even brought death note over here out of all the really good action action anime that exists i don't understand why that one
