I'm a little worried about one of my friends. She says she is a size 30J in bras which, when I looked it up, seems unnaturally proportioned. She has often told me she wants to have a mastectomy because they cause her so much grief. I know she is very self conscious and wears baggy clothes to hide her body. But I don't know what to say...I hate seeing her so upset about it but I don't really understand what it could be like... What advice do you think I should give her? (She is only 20 years old btw)

She should talk to her doctor. She could get a breast reduction done, but only her doctor can give her advice.
