HTML TAGS or Codes for Font Families?

EXAMPLE:

I want a European-style Font....such as Russian or Algerian Font that I type in English, but it gives the appearance of Russian or Algerian or similar in FONT FAMILY.

I suggest that you put that type of font in a gif or jpg because most people will not have that font style in their computer and there for your font will be displayed in default style.
