I believe the most influential pharaoh was Ramses II (Usermare Ramses). He was the 3rd king of the 19th dynasty and had the second longest rule. Because of his prowess in war and in building, he was dubbed "Great." He fought wars to save Egypt from the Hittites and the Libyans. Ramses the Great expanded Egypt into a vast empire.

Hatshepsut
She was the first female pharaoh. All records of her rule in history was attempted to be erased. Her activities during her 20 year reign led to a reconstruction of the faith of the Egyptian people. She had the throne while her sun was too young to rule. She had a prosperous reign. She even led a bountiful voyage to present day Somalia. Once her son was old enough, ( and married to Hatshepsut's daughter) the powers of Egypt manipulated events. To eradicate her(or any other woman's) position in the royal house. A shift took place that took focus off husband/wife duo of Isis and Osiris. The focus was then placed upon the sun/son--RA. this change shifted western thought and religions thereafter...
PS King tut was known for his wealth because his tomb was not earlier raided..

Ramses II", who reigned for 67 years during the 19th dynasty of the 12th century BC, was known as "Ramses the Great". His glories surpassed all other Pharaohs, and Egypt reached an overwhelming state of prosperity during his reign. Not only is he known as one of Egypt's greatest warriors, but also as a peace-maker and for the monuments he left behind all over Egypt. He was the first king in history to sign a peace treaty with his enemies, ending long years of wars and hostility.
However, you may also consider : Menkheperre Thutmose III was the sixth Pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty. This pharaoh is regarded by egyptologists and other experts in ancient Egypt history as the greatest of Egypt's kings, despite the fame of Ramses II. No doubt Thutmose III was Egypt's greatest warrior pharaoh. He transformed his country into the first great empire in the Ancient World, and was also a prolific builder of temples during his reign from 1479 to 1425 BC.
Widely considered a military genius by historians, he was an active expansionist ruler who is sometimes referred to as the "Napoleon of Egypt", because he was recorded to have captured 350 cities during his rule and conquered much of the Near East. He was the first pharaoh to cross the Euphrates.
I hope it helps!!!
