There is no doubt that your sisters are going to feel guilt (even though they have nothing to feel guilty about) when you do tell them but because they are pregnant it will make them that much more sympathetic and understanding of the situation that you are in. I don't think that you have to tell them any special way but it would be nice to just tell them straight up and say that you can't have kids and really hope that you can be an important person in your neices/nephews lives. There will probably be some tears involved (you and them) and they will say that they are so sorry for you but at the end of the day they will be there to support you through this difficult time.
When I was pregnant with my second child, a close collegue fell pregnant but miscarried and I felt so guilty and sorry for her having to see me everyday heavily pregnant. I tried really hard not to talk baby stuff around her but she came to me and said that she didn't begrudge me being pregnant and wanted me to go on as normal because she enjoyed talking about that stuff with me and it made her feel more normal to discuss it then be shut off from it. I hope this helps you out...
best of luck

My niece had the opposite problem her married sister was trying and had been for sometime to have a baby her and her husband had both undergone tests to see why it was not happening. Anyhow unmarried niece got pregnant with out even trying wasn't in a serious relationship but there was never any doubt about having the baby...... best to just tell her I'm sure she is going to feel your pain. I know my niece is a wonderfull aunty to the other nieces baby. even though her marrage has broken up due in part to the stress of TTC. But it is 3yrs on now and she is in a new relationship and a stepmum to her partners children.

Im really sorry to hear that, but did you know there have been many cases were women have fallen pregnant after being told they will never have children! There is always still hope!!
Just sit down with them and talk to them about it. They will be understanding and supportive of your situation, and they will proberly try to get you more involved with there pregnancies. After all you are going to be an aunty to their children so im sure they would love to have you by their side!!

tell them when you feel he time is right. unless they are on you to get pregnant i would wait until you feel comfy with the idea of telling her. She might be able to help you through this tho...if she was TTC and knows how hard it is she maybe able to help you through it. Just relax and remember adoption is always there...just because you may not be able to give birth to a child of your own you can still raise one like you did.
