(1/16)^(3-x)
= [2^(-4)]^(3-x)
= 2^[-4(3-x)]
= 2^(4x-12)

2^(x+3) = 2^(4x-12)
x+3 = 4x-12
3x = 15
x = 5

2^(x+3) = (1/16)^(3-x)

2^(x+3) = 2^(-4)^(3-x)

x+3=-12+4x
3x=15
x=5
