Hi. It is for a hotel in a tourist resourt in Europe and I have been told Philipinos show excellent work and quality.
Is the visa procedure for them easy? Any tips?
Any suggestions, where to look for qualified personel that are loyal and hard working. (pay will be very good.)

the legitimate government agency that you can contact is the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA). any employment recruitment agencies also post their job openings in all their regional offices so you'll be able to reach a lot people.

That depends on the seniority level of the staffing you require.

If you are looking for managers, then the best is to engage the services of a headhunter, like John Clements. They would be able to access managers working in top resorts and hotels.

For all other levels, you would get better results if you post an ad in the newspapers. But if you do not have the staff to screen the thousands of applicants that will present themselves, you can also do this via the headhunter. They could then make a shortlist so you only choose from the best candidates.

Visas will be easy when the hiring is legitimate, and within the guidelines set by the government. The agency in charge of this (recruitment for overseas posting) is the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

Send an e-mail to my wife, who is an accredited freelance recruiter for four POEA licenced agencies and is recruiting such staff all the time.

I suggest you get an agency to screen them for you and make the necessary paper work ready so your future employees can easily process their VISA...then probably be good for you to come here and screen them yourselves.
