This guy is just sick... he is proving that he is the best. Everyone just really needs to sit back and appreciate what they are seeing in this guy. Alot of people were convinced that watching Peyton Manning was like watching the best QB ever, but Tom Brady just has that something special. In 20 years we are gonna be able to talk to our kids and say "If only you could of seen Tom Brady play... he was the best ever." I mean 22-25 338 yards and 6 TD's. Wow. It truly is a thing of beauty and something any true football fan has to be in awe of.

Its pretty easy when you know what blitzes are coming at you when and from where and when the defense is in what type coverage ahead of time. That would make anyone look great.
Sorry but can't give the man any props when he's still benefiting from all the knowledge obtained from years of cheating. Ever wonder why Brady didn't sign somewhere else for millions more than the patriots could offer. It's because anywhere else he wouldn't be fed that stolen info and he would end up looking like a sixth round draft pick.
and you Pats fans thought it was for some kind of loyalty. Duh.

Wait when the Dolphins become a good team, or at least a good PASSING D? I'm not saying that Brady is bad, I'm saying let's admit that he wasn't playing the greatest D either. Also let's give some credit to the receivers when it comes to the Yards and TDS. It's not like he is throwing balls 50 yards deep and there is no Yards After Catch. To be honest that was why people were putting Manning as better for so long, the better WRs were allowing him to get better numbers. Football is a team sport though.

Peyton Manning is good, but I think that most people associate him with Archie Manning. Being the son, he has a reputation to be the best.

Tom Brady has proved himself. Coming from a sixth-round pick to being a Hall of Fame candidate is something special.

I agree with you.

Not to take anything away from Manning, mind you. He owns a bunch of NFL records for a reason. He's a great quarterback. But he's no Tom Brady.

A lot of Manning's stats come from him having an outstanding receiver in Marvin Harrison. By comparison, Brady finds and hits anyone open on the field. If Belichik wants to mix things up by sending in a couple of linebackers to play receiver, no problem - Brady completes passes to them, too.

I saw a very strong distinction between Brady and Manning in the playoff game last year where the Patriots lost to the Colts. When the Colts were driving down the field, shots of the sidelines showed Brady talking with his coaches and fellow players, working out strategies for their next offensive drive. When the Patriots were driving down the field, the shots of the sidelines showed Manning sitting with his head in his hands with a dejected "here we go again" look on his face. That's made it clear to me that Brady is an outstanding leader and Manning is, well, something less.

Tom Brady is at the top of his game this year, putting up some very impressive numbers, with the help of Wes Welker, Donte Stallworth, Kyle Brady.. and ohhh yes Randy Moss.... not to mention Ben Watson, and Mike Vrable.....

In the past, he also put up some impressive number (of wins)... with limited receivers.... could Manning have done so much, with so little....

I think both QBs are in a whole elite league of their own, and comparing them is like comparing apples and oranges, they both have their own style of quarterbacking, and both styles are winning styles.. it's exciting to watch them play.. especially in the same game...

go Patriots!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'd say he desires 2 instructions right here. One is that heroes are human, and everyone fails each so often. that's often the willingness to objective against adversity that makes somebody heroic, the consequence merely provides human beings a huge gamble to credit the attempt. the different is that individuals make jokes, and in many circumstances the adaptation between in spite of the fact that if or not they are exciting or hurtful relies upon as plenty on the guy listening to the shaggy dog tale as on the guy telling it. He desires to income to shaggy dog tale lower back with them, or to take it and not sense undesirable approximately it--or what is going to take place while they make exciting of him somewhat than his hero? that's merely approximately continually an suited reaction--if the guy become joking at the same time with your son and your son jokes lower back, they are midway to being friends. If the guy become being advise and your son jokes lower back, the meanie would be injury and could the two come back with something that makes him look stupid, (or) he will comprehend how hurtful he become and tone it down, or he gets all injury and be the only to stroll off mad somewhat.

I'm not disagreeing with you, he is honestly one of the best to ever play qb, but these stats from sundays game were posted against a (if my memory serves me) winless Miami team, so lets not get to caught up in the 6 td hype. And also notice how drastic a difference there is between last year (branch, brown, caldwell...) and this year with moss, stallworth and welker. its a team game.

I agree...I've always known Tom Brady was better than Peyton Manning...Manning is good, but I just can't stand the people that want to crown him as the best ever...Tom Brady is way ahead...Not saying he is the best ever yet either...Joe Montana is...but Brady will be...

I don't know... Tom Brady doesn't have a 158 passer rating against great defenses. Manning seems to do more against great defenses than Brady is able to do (this year might be a different story). Anyhow there is a long way to go before he is comparable to Joe Montana or Unitas.

the season is barely at the halfway point. given he's played spectacularly well, but you think that's also a function of his wr's as well? when you can throw it within 5 yards of a stud like randy moss, of course that makes you the best ever, right?

i love his output (esp since he's on my fantasy team), but give credit to his wrs, too, man. keep in mind it's MIAMI. dallas is decent competition, but we'll see the real battle when the pats take on the colts and steelers. until now, everyone's been child's play.
