3 - sq(6 - 5x) = 2/3x + 4

3 - 2/3x - 4=sq(6 - 5x)
(-1-2/3 x)^2=6-5x

PS:
x <= 6/5

3 - sqrt(6-5x) = 2/3x + 4

x = -15

First restrict your domain:
6-5x>=0
x<=6/5

3*sqrt(6-5x) = -2x - 3
9(6-5x) = 4x^2 + 12x + 9
0=4x^2+57x-45
0=(4x-3)(x+15)

Be careful, x is not 3/4.
x= -15
