no, try to get yourself registered if you are giving out loans to strangers... and close friends, don't bother to register.

If you read the ST news few days ago... this pvt lender was charged for doing pvt lending business wit no license.

In singapore, there is not listing if you are looking for pvt lenders.

Do you need a list to borrow or to get on to lend? If you are looking to borrow $25,000.00 or less then the following website list lenders. But, if you want to lend (up to 2 million) you can sign up as a lender. Check out the website for more info.

"Private Lenders" generally do not exist. All of the ones that routinely post here are scammers.

Bad credit/No Collateral loans are just too risky. No one in their right mind would do them.

Prosper.com is legit. Give it a shot.

I know that http://finfo.com partners with private mortgage brokerages. I'm assuming that you mean non-publicly traded lenders and not private, individual loan sharks. If you are talking about individuals, then there are sites like http://prosper.com and http://zopa.com that provide such lists.

Best of luck!
