No. The reason why you see a rainbow is because when you see light, it's all the colors mixed except white and black because there is no color. When it's dark, all there is, is dark. When you have water, it reflects the light making you able to see a rainbow. Or after raining and the sun comes up, the water is in the sky is reflecting the sun's light.

Not true dark, as a rainbow is the separation of light waves into its various color waves, but even a little light can make a rainbow though our eyes may not be able to see it.

No, rainbow is formed by the sun rays reflected by the rain water as different spectrum of light travels at different speeds in the water.

also, rainbow are caused by light hitting water, so there must be light to make it.
only if it was made of lights, but then it wouldn't be a real rainbow. so NO.

No, you need the suns rays to be refracted into a water dropplet in order to create a rainbow.
