A = 3.14 x 7 x 7 = 153.86

= 2(pi)r^2
= 2 * 3.14 * 7
= 43.96 feet

Area:
= pi*r^2
= 3.14 * 7^2
= 3.14 * 49
= 153.86 square feet

Answer: the 2nd c = 43.96 & a = 153.86 among the 4 choices is the best choice.

A=area=pi r *r
C=perimeter=2 .pi.r

r=7
pi=3.14
A=area=3.14*7*7=153.86
C=perimeter=2*3.14*7=43.96
