im doing this scrapbooking project for school and one of my topics is best friends. what color relfects best friends better: blue or green. [ the colors have something to do with the mood of the writing that goes along with it]
any help?

In nature blue is water and green is plant life - a natural, life-sustaining duo.
Blue is calming. It can be strong and steadfast or light and friendly. Almost everyone likes some shade of the color blue.

Having studied the psychology of color, I can tell you that orange is the color of friendliness. Having only blue or green to choose from, I would choose green. Green has both blue and yellow as it's components. That gives it the synthesis of TWO colors in it's creation, and best represents the concept of two people who are best friends.

Hmmm, I've always believed that yellow roses were a symbol of friendship and that yellow was the color as opposed to red for romantic love. Green is a jealous color and blue is peace. Purple of course is royal.

I'll say green. This is because green is the colour of life and it symbolises the important part best friends play in our lifes. And also, green is the colour of youth and energy which implies that best friends spice up our lifes.
Blue means peace, calm and quiet with a tinge of sadness, which is not suitable for best friends.

Kassy, Green. Green shows/symbolizes growth as in your friendship will grow. Whereas blue to me is depressing and sad. This could mean that you or your friend might do something hurtful therefore making the other sad/depressed/in mourning.

My choice would be a clear aqua blue like the ocean with the sun light shining through.
It's a warm shade of blue with an optimistic feeling about it.
Surf,beach,sunlight,warmth... looks good with a fun and friendly orange next to it and white.
The saying, "True Blue" has to do with friendship.

Green. It represents clean, healing, and all around goodness. It can also represent vigor and happiness. It's all around great color to use to describe 'friendship'.
Maybe you could throw in a bit of yellow; bright primary colors are always nice.

I all ways thought pink reflected a good friendship..in this case I'd choose green earthy color.

green is the heart color and blue a healing color there both good but i would chose green
