yea they got cocky just because they had a 3-1 lead and they think they had it in the bag. but now reality set in and they lost after so they're kicking themselves now.

Sure they do. Wouldn't you? But they played a heck of an LCS and they'll be fine. The Red Sox are a great team. No shame in losing to them. Be a sport. Congratulations to both teams for the only 7 game series this year. I love 7 game series and this one was dang fun.

I was hopefull, not cocky. All of you Sox fans should understand that. Since you swept the Cardinals in 2004, we have the longest championship draught in the majors. So, do we feel like "S" tonight? Of course we do. Just remember, this is the same heartache you all felt in BoSox nation for nearly a century.

I don't see how they were cocky, but sure they gotta feel pretty bad about this. They are a much younger team than Boston, and this opportunity will be around for many years to come. Boston went through similar troubles earlier in the 2000's.

Well they feel bad. I mean... they were up 3-1. But to look at the games they won compared to the ones Boston won the series doesn't even look close and considering how badly Boston thrashed their top two pitchers and how badly Boston outscored them. It's because they have Kenny Lofton... the guy was cocky back when he was on the Yankees in 04' and they blew it against the Red Sox. You think that jackass would learn his lesson being up against them in the championship series 3-1 only to blow it against the Red Sox AGAIN with a different team... you think he would be like "Hey guys, don't underestimate this team... they're really good." Nope. That's why people like him will never win the big one, he gets ahead of himself.

Im sure they are extremely disappointed! who wouldn't be? They worked so hard and came so far and unfortunatly lost it in the end. They havn't been to the world series since 1997... I feel they deserved it but this experience will only push them that much more next year! Go tribe!

They should feel disppointed, humble, hopeful and proud. They had a great year, they have a great team , a great coach, great fans. Their future is ahead of them. I wish Cleveland beat the friggin Marlins who bought the 1997 W/S. Cleveland will get their W/S in a year or two.

This is a really stupid question. Any team that loses feels bad.

I assume you don't exactly have too much going on between your ears, do ya? Didn't think so.

It's a long, long season, and to lose in the seventh game under any circumstances always hurts.

Any team would feel like sh*t if they got knocked out of the playoffs

Of course, any fan would. They will wake up though and realize what a great season they had.
