It's interesting that liberals don't want Christianity rammed down their throats, but they won't hesitate to ram their own idiocies down YOUR throat and try to make you feel guilty for not agreeing with them:
environmentalism
gay marriage
abortion
special rights
Am I right? Do you feel comfortable expressing a conservative opinion about any of these things around environmentalists, gays, and blacks?
Why not? Don't you have a right to your opinion? Or is it because they set you up to be a bigot, a homophobe, or a hate-monger?
Have you ever in your life met a more mean-spirited and judgemental group of people than liberals?

Who is a two dimensional thinker? Things are not quite as black and white as your question suggests. I have voted liberal since I started voting. I am a practicing Catholic and have taught my children and grandchildren to have a faith in God. I do not want your Religion rammed down my throat and I do not want to ram mine down yours. I am offended by you mockery of my Religion and have little respect for your narrow mindedness. I have very few friends who are atheists. I know very many spiritual and religious liberals. There may be a few people that believe 911 was planned by Americans. There are many people and not just liberals who realize that Bush's efforts to fight real terrorists have been ineffective since he stopped going after Bin Laden and fighting a phony war on terror in Iraq. I know there are terrorists and I would like to see them brought to justice.

Most liberals are not atheists. We believe in God, but we do not incorporate our religious views into are political thinking.
We follow the Constitution, have you not read the part that calls for a separation between Church and State?
We do not try to hide behind religion like Republicans.
Anyone can see that the Republicans follow a perverted version of Christianity. They are Pseudo-Christians.
The Republicans are equivalent to the Pharisees.

I've been wondering for a long time now where the secular atheist liberals got this silly notion that Christians are "forcing" their religion down everyone's throats. In reality it is they who are really forcing their atheist secular beliefs down all of American's throats. And the Communist organization, the ACLU is helping them every step of the way. This is the truth!
Edit: to Steven C - That has to be one of the most ignorant things I've ever heard! Please show me and everyone else here where in the US Constitution it says we should have a separation between church and state.

I believe it comes from acting like they are gods . It went to their heads . Also , if experience with that crowd shows us anything ..about libs..anyone who hates America can't be all bad in their book . For crying out loud Senator John Kerry goes to other countries to insult our nation and rally for hate on the USA . When did these people hijack the democrat party . I think the good democrats don't say anything about these people , because to acknowledge that it exists ..might mean loss of votes for the party . Joe Lieberman has to be the last sane democrat..He had the decency enough to distance himself from turn-coats . God Bless him . "Mahal" up there gets my vote for "best answer"!!!

Talking about going off the deep end!
I don't like anyone trying to cram any religion down my throat, whether they are Christian or Muslim right-wingers. they are all the same....thinking their way is the right way, and there is no alternative.
Just because we don't believe in you two-bit cult leader, wanna-be preachers, doesn't mean we are atheists. But i guess atheism is far better alternative than hypocrisy and self righteous bigotry.

Not all liberals are atheist and not all of them think it was an inside job.
Jess - take a look at some of the liberal nuts around. Most of them think that 9/11 was an inside job.
Richard - Isn't it a bunch of liberals that want to legalize drugs? I thought you guys would want Rush to be your poster child.

You sound very delusional. Not one of your "talking" points have any weight. Perhaps you should not make staements that you can not back up.

I am not a liberal and I am not a atheist or a agnostic, I am Roman Catholic and I don't want my religion (or any religion)in my government or my laws. And I am VERY annoyed with those Christians that want to put more religion into our politics.
I also know many liberals and I don't know one of them who is an atheist. Serioiusly, do you know what you are talking about? Sweeping generalizations just make you look naive.
