Well, if you divide 180 by 250, then you get 72%. Usually, grading scales (without a curve) are:
A: 90-100
B: 80-89
C: 70-79
D: 60-69
F: 0-59

Based on this, I would say you are looking at a C.

180/250=18/25= 72% and then ot depends then on the scoring system of the class. If it followed the norm of 90-100;80-89;70-79; 60-69; 59 or less then you have a C-
