No, but I'm writing you anyway. I've struggled with depression in my past, for years unfortunately. So, I'm really grateful to feel OK today, I never take feeling good for granted. My family of origin was really bad and full of abuse and I've spent years getting over my childhood. I'm sorry to hear about your bio. dad. I'm sure you are totally bummed at his lack of a response to you. Is it possible he just needs time to think things over and then maybe he'll be more open to you? I hope so, I can see how important it would be to you - it would answer some questions and give you a feeling for your roots, so to speak. I'm sad for your loss of a friendship that hurts so much. When both of these things happened to you together I can totally see why you feel like crying!! By the way, crying is a realistic response to what has happened in your life lately. Don't stop your tears, they really help when emotions are so deep and so intense. It won't always hurt like this. I hope things improve soon. If your Dad doesn't get to know you he's the one who loses. I know it doesn't help much for some stranger on Yahoo to say things like this, but they are still true. And it's also possible there are somethings going on in your Dad's life that just make it really hard for him now and later these things might change. So, for what it's worth...if anything, I am very sorry for your pain and I wish I could give you a big hug. Hang in there!

I do feel like crying. My stupid older sister is blaming me because she doesn't get geometry (she's a senior and I'm a sophomore taking the same geometry class + I have an Algebra 2 class) and I'm sick of giving her the answers. Also, I planned on going out with my friends and my mom told me she'd take me to the "Terror in the Woods" to meet them if I cleaned up the house a little. After washing the dishes, vacuuming, and putting dinner in the oven, she yelled at me about not wanting to drive back and forth, so I didn't go.
And yes, a hug, especially from my crush, would be fantastic right now.
