Why not do both? When you raffle you raffle off goods correct? Well you got one set of goods oviasly for one raffle - ask a local business to donate something else to raise money for another one. Like a local furniture store or electronics store...they could donate a bed or tv to raffle. Or go with the CCS. And for the football team hold a school dance to raise money for the jerseys.... =)

I would use the money for the Children's Cancer Society. Everyday children and adults with cancer die because scientists are still searching for a cure. As a Principal, I would want to encourage students to do kind and thoughtful things for others.

Both are Noble causes, but You would probably get a higher turnout if the parents were donating to their own children. I would go for the football team. Fundraiser for the school. There are plenty of celebrities handing out money to the other organizations.

I would pick the cancer society, but having once been a student, I realize that alot of things get put aside for the almighty football. What a shame..........
