who has the right for the decision making of an underage pregnant teen to keep or adopt? the girls mom or the girl?? and who makes the final decsion.

The pregnant teenager decides. As a practical matter, her parents could threaten to kick her out of the house if she doesn't consent to adoption, as heartless as that is. But legally it's up to her. If housing is an issue, there are free programs that can assist her. Try 1-800-395-HELP.

Pretty sure that the girl gets to make the decisions even though she is underage. Her body, her child.

In Australia, the girl makes the decision unless the court decides she is unable to make it for herself eg mental disability. The grandparents (or other interested parties) can apply for custody.

The girl decides, it's your baby. Now, if the parents don't want it then I guess it's the parent's choice since the girl won't have anywhere to live with this baby.

This is a matter for your local legal representative. I should imagine this would be different around the world, if the birth mother is a minor.

It is up to the baby's mom, not the girls mom, BUT they do not have to help support the baby, so it could be harder to get an education, work to support the baby, etc.

well what do you mean underage teen? Like a minor 17 and younger?
Well in some states, like mine, you have to be 16 to make the decision. otherwise your mother can make it for you.

In most states the mother (the pregnant one) has the choice.

I would think that the girl has the final say. She could always get emancipated.
