if it's a public school, nobody's being paid enough to update the webpage everyday.
if you mean no school coz of weather, then it's usually announced on radio early on the day, therefore, the guy who updates the webpage won't be able to go to school to update.
it's easier to CALL your school and ASK
not everything is solved online

Is there a holiday tomorrow or something? I don't know about you, but I like when I have gone to school only to find out there's no school, it makes me feel happy. Google for your school's website and check to see if there is school tomorrow.

There isn't one for ALL schools, but you can Google your school to see if it has its own website or you can try the site for your school district to see if there is anything there which might tell you that.
