There is an excellent "chiropractor" in Cebu at the Ayala Mall....His name is Dr Pardis
I broke my back twice.....suffered for a long time....it went out here and in three treatments he fixed it....have not had a problem in over a year.....
not sure about all chiropractors but this one gets the job done
