Here I have a motorcycle Honda EX5. How to get a high speed up to 140 km/h?

It's a simple answers.

The most inportant things is... Change your block to racing type.. 2nd - change your original caburator to TS-125... 3rd - replace your clutch spring to racing type.. 4th - Replace your plug coils to recing type... and last things change your exhaust system to Micron and send for tuning....
