Australia is for everybody who has the skills and would pass their requirements. There are different criteria to be qualified. I suggest that you take an on-line assessment to see if you really qualify then you also have to pass the IELTS International English Language Test System which is being given by the British Council in the Philippines. Please visit www.Adums.com.au for a free assessment and IELTS.org for the nearest British Council in the Philippines. I hope this helps and wish you good luck!
