Jim Carey in BRUCE ALMIGHTY.
How many fingers am I holding up?
God - Eleven.
Carey looks and he has eleven.
Sorry Ramona that's a great line, but it is Lauren Bacall in TO HAVE AND HAVE NOT gets to say it to Humprey Bogart.
Sorry, I just thought of my favorite serious quote.
Richard Widmark, Captain, to Sidney Poitier, the reporter.
"If he fires one, I'll fire one."
First officer "Firing one, Sir!"
THE BEDFORD INCIDENT

A lot of lines from Casablanca, but my favorite is when corrupt police chief Claude Reins is at the roulette table as the Nazis burst in to raid Nick's.
Reins: I am outraged, OUTRAGED to find gambling going on in this establishment!
Waiter: (Presenting a tray, piled with cash,) Your winnings, sir.
I was amazed that anyone ever took Ronald Reagan seriously enough to Elect as President after he turned down the role of Nick. The moreso because the reason he gave was that he felt the movie portrayed Nazis unfairly.
Zantonia picked a good line too. I was hoping the Leo would be tapped for the role of Alexander the Great--just so he could use it again.

I have tons of favorite movie quotes. The first quote that came to mind, when I read this question, is from the movie Harvey (starring James Stewart). I'm not sure I remember the exact words, but it's something like this:
"In this world, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant. Well, for years I was smart. I prefer pleasant."
-James Stewart as Elwood P. Dowd

It's impossible to me to get in a boat and not think "I'm the king of the world!" Leonardo de Caprio's line in Titanic :) Or "May the force be w/ you" Star Wars.

guy_from_britain: i merely theory you will desire to be attentive to reason i wished you to be attentive to you have been satisfied as quickly as with me - The Butterfly result (that's a great line and a great action picture, I merely theory human beings would desire to be attentive to what that's from.) "supply us a kiss." - John Lennon in a confusing Days evening.

Jerry Maguire (1996)
Rod: This is what I'm gonna do for you: God bless you, Jerry. But this is what you gonna do for me, Jerry?
Jerry: Yeah, what can I do for you, Rod? You just tell me what can I do for you?
Rod: It's something very personal, a very important thing. Hell! It's a family motto. Are you ready Jerry? I wanna make sure you're ready, brother. Here it is: Show me the money. SHOW! ME! THE! MONEY! Jerry, it is such a pleasure to say that! Say it with me one time, Jerry.
Jerry: Show you the money.
Rod: No, no. You can do better than that! I want you to say it brother with meaning! Hey, I got Bob Sugar on the other line I bet you he can say it!
Jerry: Ye, ye, no, no, no. Show you the money
Rod: No! Not show you! Show me the money!
Jerry: Show me the money!
Rod: Yeah! Louder!
Jerry: Show me the money!
Rod: I need to feel you Jerry!
Jerry: Show me the money! Show me the money!
Rod: I love black people.
Jerry: I love black people!
Rod: Who's your mother ******, Jerry?
Jerry: You're my mother ******! Show me the money!
Rod: Uh! Congratulations, you're still my agent.

I hate this line, but it's always the first one that comes to my head when I think of a timeless movie quote that will never go away "Say hello to my little friend." --Scarface.
