That looks like Robert J. Lang's Miura-ken Beauty Rose, opus 482. You can find an image of the rose at his website at http://langorigami.com/art/gallery/gallery.php4?name=rose which also includes a link to a crease pattern. While a crease pattern is hardly a set of instructions, it's certainly a start and you *may* be able to work out how to collapse the pattern into the finished model.

I thought they were roses also. I searched many roses in origami, but I couldn't find any with the squared bottom. I wish I could do better for you.
