Virginity has nothing to do with the state of your hymen, it's whether you have had sexual intercourse or not.
Douching is not a good idea, you don't need to do it as the vagina is a self cleaning organ. Using a douche only brings a risk of introducing infection to your vagina.

No, you actually have to have sex in order to loose your virginity. You can, however, break your hymen (if still intact) by using a douche. But you will still be a virgin.
