this is most likely a scam if it requires you to go to a site other than the official runescape website for ANYTHING related to your account

No. It's either a scam, or just a fake. Never trust sites like these. Think about it, the stranger that you gave 1mil to will have to get on your account. You'll have to give them your password and everything for them to pay for your membership. That is when they will hack you. It might not even go that far. They might just give you a keylogger virus and it will hack you automatically. On then other hand, you could get banned. So don't even try anything like that. Never trusts sites that say they have cheat codes or hacks for Runescape. Since there are none!

Well is it worth the gp to risk getting nothing?
If they don't deliver on their end of their deal you haven't a leg to stand on since its against jagexs rules.
Even if they do deliver you'd have to give them your account name & password for them to activate the membership, Does that sound smart?
Even if they do actually pay for your membership for you if jagex finds out ( & their probably tracking it ) you'd get banned.
Its not worth it dude.
