After you draw the eye liner (use crayon-like type), use a "rubber tip" that sometimes come with the eye liner pencil, and rub along the line to create the smoky eye effect.

Take a black eyeliner.
-line the bottom and top of your lids
-smudge the eyelner with your finger

Try using black eyeshadow and smudge it on your eyelids (where you would put eyeliner) with a fine makeup brush.

line the top & bottom lashes with pencil eyeliner.
then gray shadow in the crease of your eye.
then mascara...
& ur done!
